• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or error in your order.
• Payment must be received before dispatch of your order.
• We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, and other digital payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery and Shipping

• We provide home delivery service within Mymensingh area.
• Delivery charges vary based on location:
  • Inside Mymensingh: ৳70
  • Outside Mymensingh: ৳130
• Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.

4. Returns and Refunds

• We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.
• Returned items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged during delivery.
• Perishable items (food products) cannot be returned unless damaged or expired.

5. Product Quality and Safety

• We guarantee the quality of all products sold on our platform.
• All pet food products are sourced from reputable manufacturers.
• Products are stored in appropriate conditions to maintain quality.
• Please check expiration dates before feeding to your pets.
• If you receive a damaged or expired product, please contact us immediately.

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your personal information is used solely for order processing and customer service.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
• You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mymensingh Pet Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mymensingh.
